1. Who organises the field

These terms govern your use of highlandgamesfield.com ("Highland Games Field", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of highlandgamesfield.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may enter the games

Use of Highland Games Field is for people aged 18 or over only. Using the site confirms that you are 18 or over.

3. Virtual coins, nothing more

  • Every game is played with virtual coins provided at no charge.
  • Coins on the field have no monetary value and are not money, credit or property.
  • Coins are never available to purchase, sell, withdraw, transfer or exchange for money, goods, services or prizes. The app contains no purchases at all.
  • Nothing on the field is a prize of real-world value.
  • Coins, levels and features can be adjusted or reset by us at any time.

4. No real-money gambling on the field

Highland Games Field does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and the field has no links to gambling operators.

5. Your competitor account

  • The Long Pull and Battlement Pipers, the two events after the open one, need a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
  • Your password is yours alone. If someone else has used your account, let us know immediately.
  • Your account page lets you delete the account at any time. The deletion is instant and permanent.
  • The judges may suspend an account that is used to disrupt the site, or that they believe is held by someone under 18.
  • Coins, levels and missions are attached to the account, are not your property and can be reset.

6. Sporting conduct

You must not try to disrupt the site, run automated tools against it, offer coins for trade or allow anyone under 18 to use it.

7. Running the field, and liability

We provide the site “as is” and may change or remove any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
